What does The Poo Crew do?

The Poo Crew provides professional pet waste removal and dog poop scooping services for residential yards. We visit on a scheduled basis to remove dog waste so you can enjoy a clean, safe yard without the hassle.

How often do you offer service?

We offer:

2× per week service (great for multiple dogs or high-use yards)
One-time cleanups for special situations or move-ins

How much does service cost?

Pricing starts at $65 per month for weekly service and is based on:

Is the first cleanup different?

Yes. The first cleanup may take longer depending on how much waste has accumulated. This allows us to bring your yard up to a clean, manageable baseline before recurring service begins. Initial cleanup is required for new service.

Do I need to be home during service?

No. As long as we have access to your yard and (although we love dogs), for safety reasons, pets are secured, you do not need to be home. Many of our customers are at work during service.

What if I have more than one dog?

No problem. We service homes with one or multiple dogs. Pricing adjusts based on the number of dogs to ensure thorough cleanup.

Do you require a contract?

No contracts required. Our service is flexible and designed to fit your needs. You can pause or cancel service with proper notice.

Do you offer deodorizing treatments?

Yes. We offer yard deodorizing treatments as an add-on, and new monthly clients receive one free deodorizing spray with sign-up.

How do you handle sanitation?

We use professional tools and follow pet-safe sanitation practices, including cleaning equipment between properties to help prevent the spread of bacteria.

What do you do with the poop after you scoop?

After we are finished, we double bag the waste in scented bags and dispose in the customers trash can. We can take the waste with us for an additional fee.

Do you scoop in bad weather?

Yes, we service in most weather conditions. In cases of severe weather, heavy rain, or unsafe conditions, service may be rescheduled to the next available day.
